Shipping policies

Delivery service

We offer home delivery via DPD and GLS couriers.  

The price for home delivery is €5.90. If you choose cash on delivery, the delivery company will charge an additional cost of €2, which must be paid upon receipt of the package (we recommend that you choose one of the online payment methods available without additional costs).

Please ensure your address, telephone number and email are correct, as we are not responsible for the accuracy of delivery details.  You will receive separate notifications from the delivery company via email and/or SMS with delivery information. 

If we need to resend your package, we will charge you an additional processing fee and the cost of delivering the new package.

For delivery information, please contact the delivery company directly with the tracking number provided by SWISS+POWER in the shipping email!

Shipping Policy

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the status of their order using the provided tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick up the package from a designated pickup point, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time frame, orders may have already been processed and shipped. If an order has already been shipped, the customer will need to follow our return policy for a refund.

NON-PICK UP FEES: If an order is not picked up by the customer from the designated delivery location within the specified timeframe set by the carrier, additional fees may apply. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on delivery

It is possible to pay in cash or with various cards when the package is delivered to the courier. Remember that in this case, the courier charges an additional €2.

Payment by credit card

With us you can pay comfortably and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners credit cards.   

You can pay directly on our website without additional costs.

Security when paying by credit card

Credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL method. When completing your order, 3DS authentication (Verified by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International) is used. Authentication ensures particularly secure processing of credit card transactions.

Payment via PayPal

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be directed directly to PayPal at the end of the order process.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make the payment.
